About Kunpol Group

Kunpol Group is a group of companies founded and run by the Temtanakitpaisan family, based in Khao Suan Kwang District, Khon Kaen Province. The group's origins began more than 35 years ago with S. Pattanakit Rungrueang Co., Ltd., founded by Mr. Somkuan Temtanakitpaisan, which operated a range of businesses including a white spirits distributorship, a PTT fuel station in Khao Suan Kwang, sugarcane plantations, and the purchase of agricultural produce. The name "Kunpol" was first used in 1993 with the founding of Kunpol Development Co., Ltd., which operated in real estate and construction contracting. Under Mr. Somkuan's leadership, the group weathered the 1997 economic crisis and expanded continuously, growing to today's 10 affiliated companies across 6 business groups with more than 500 employees.
